Cyril Picard

Cyril Picard is an experienced Platform Designer at Hitachi Astemo, specializing in the development of advanced automotive braking solutions, including fully electric disc and drum brakes, automated parking functions, and innovations in conventional drum brakes, alongside responsibilities in testing means and managing the 3D printing sector. Prior to this role, Cyril served as a CAD Designer at Valeo, contributing to the development of Alterno-Starter machines for 12 V Stop-Start and 48 V Mild-Hybrid systems, and worked as a Component Design Technician at Groupe PSA, focusing on the design and development of engine cylinder heads and integration of innovative technical solutions. Cyril holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Innovation & Industrial Development from CFAI Mécavenir and a BTS in Industrial Product Design from Lycée Louis Armand.
