Dariusz Borecki

Dariusz Borecki currently serves as the Autonomous Production Unit Manager at Hitachi Astemo since May 2022, overseeing a production unit with over 220 employees while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing departmental KPIs, budget, and quality. Prior to this role, Dariusz worked as the Global Continuous Improvement & BPS Project Manager at Hitachi Automotive Systems, where responsibilities included promoting continuous improvement initiatives and supporting operational excellence goals. Dariusz’s earlier experience also includes positions such as Project Assembly Manager and Technical Project Manager at Chassis Brakes International, where management of engineering departments and project execution were key duties, as well as technical roles focused on automation and programming. Dariusz began a career in quality engineering at Bosch Polska, where calibration of measurement equipment was a primary responsibility. Dariusz holds a Master's degree in Automation and Robotics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
