Hector Puga Ramirez

Hector Puga Ramirez is a seasoned professional in quality management with significant experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Corporate Supplier Quality Manager at Hitachi Astemo since October 2022, Hector previously held the role of Jefe de Calidad de Proveedores at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. for three years, managing the supplier base and overseeing quality metrics. Prior experience includes Head of Quality at Bocar Group, where Hector was responsible for quality systems and the launch of an aluminum casting production plant, as well as various roles at General Motors, contributing to supplier quality engineering and leadership in production processes. Hector holds a degree in Ingeniería en Metalurgia y Materiales from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, obtained in 2010.
