Joe Barker is the Department Head of Software Quality at Astemo Americas, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, Joe served as a Quality Systems Manager at Kentucky Heat Treating from 2007 to 2014 and worked as a Ceramic Engineer at Louisville Fire Brick Works from 2005 to 2007. Joe also has experience as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., a role concurrent with their current position at Astemo. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Kentucky between 1999 and 2002.
