Kelly Yang

Kelly Yang has extensive experience in compensation and benefits (C&B) management and human resources operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of C&B, SSC, and HRIS for Hitachi Astemo in the China region since November 2020, Kelly previously held the position of C&B Manager at Faurecia since November 2017, overseeing China C&B and the Shared Service Center. Prior roles include HR Manager for C&B and HR Operations at Apex Tool Group, LLC, C&B Manager at Lacoste, C&B Supervisor at Luxottica, and C&B Specialist at Saint-Gobain. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a degree in Hotel Management from Donghua University.
