Mathilde Zaranski

Mathilde Zaranski is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. They began their career in HR with internships at Air France and L'Oréal S.A., followed by an apprenticeship at Le Groupe La Poste. Mathilde has held multiple HR roles, including HR Generalist at Embraer, where they coordinated HR activities for the Executive Jets Business Unit, and HR Manager at Movianto, managing HR policies for around 600 employees. Currently, Mathilde serves as the France Human Resources Director at Astemo Ltd. and continues to shape HR strategies and policies across organizations.
