Özlem Taş

Özlem Taş is currently the HR Process Leader for the Brake Business Unit at Astemo, where they lead end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, talent management, and organizational change initiatives. Previously, Özlem served as an Organizational Development Specialist at Coşkunöz Holding and an Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Durmazlar. They have also held roles as a Human Resources Specialist at ISKO™ and volunteered at Young Guru Academy. Özlem holds a double major in International Relations and Economics from Uludağ University, graduating in 2017.
