Paula Dahlem is currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Astemo Ltd., a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Legal Counsel at ALPS ALPINE Europe from 2021 to 2023 and at CSL Behring between 2015 and 2021. Earlier in their career, Paula worked as an Associate at EY from 2007 to 2013. They hold a Licenciada en Derecho from Universidad de Costa Rica, and advanced degrees, including an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center and an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Sustainable Development from Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas.
