Pedro Dias is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality and process engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Customer Quality Engineer at Hitachi Astemo since September 2022, Pedro has previously held significant roles at Caima, S.A. as Head of the Reliability Section, and Chassis Brakes International Group, overseeing various engineering processes and new product industrialization. With a comprehensive career that began in industrial engineering at Delphi, and spanning roles in tooling management, plant operations, and engineering support at notable companies such as Bosch and Ipetex, Pedro has developed expertise in process improvement, team management, and quality assurance. Pedro holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISEC and a postgraduate qualification in Six Sigma from Instituto Politécnico de Leiria.
