Robert Bass currently serves as the Deputy Site Head and Senior Manager of Production and Production Engineering at Hitachi Astemo since April 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Senior Manager of Engineering and Test at Keihin Carolina System Technology from May 2018 to the present and has been with Keihin Technology Inc. in various capacities, including Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader, since October 2012. Robert's earlier experience includes serving as VP of Engineering and Quality at Torpedo Specialty Wire from September 2008 to October 2012 and as Director at Consolidated Diesel Company from January 1990 to August 2008. Robert holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, alongside a bachelor's degree in Agronomy, both from North Carolina State University.
