Melissa Ng

Melissa Ng has a strong background in engineering, specializing in materials and reliability. Beginning a career as an Inspection Engineer at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd from September 2012 to November 2013, Melissa transitioned to a Material Engineer/Technologist role at GE Oil & Gas for two years. Afterward, a tenure at ExxonMobil from December 2015 to May 2019 included positions as a Materials and Corrosion Engineer and Equipment Strategy Engineer focused on Inspection and Reliability. Melissa continued to enhance expertise as a Reliability Engineer at Shell from August 2021 to May 2024 and now serves as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Aster since April 2025.
