Thomas Wong currently serves as the Manufacturing Director at Aster, overseeing the safe and profitable operations of a 230kbd refinery and a 1.1mmtpa ethylene cracker, as well as chemical intermediates plants on Aster Jurong Island since April 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions at Shell from June 2015 to April 2025, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Site Production Manager. Educationally, Thomas completed the NS Officers Program at the Singapore Armed Forces Command Staff College in 2010 and earned a Master of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2000.
