Arjun Vinod

Arjun Vinod has diverse work experience in the field of embedded software and firmware engineering. Arjun currently holds a position as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Astera Labs, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Qualcomm as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer from November 2021 to February 2023, and as an Embedded Software Engineer from January 2020 to November 2021. Arjun also gained experience as an Embedded Software Engineer at GreenSight from January 2018 to December 2019. Before their professional career, Arjun worked as an Embedded/Robotics Engineering Intern at AKROBOTIX from July 2017 to December 2017. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University from January 2017 to May 2017, where they assisted professors in conducting electrical engineering laboratory sessions, grading lab reports, and providing technical support to students.

Arjun Vinod completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University, from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as "A Beginner's Guide to Linux Kernel Development (LFD103)" from The Linux Foundation in March 2023 and "Domain expert on IC design" from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in June 2014.
