Frederick Peng

Frederick Peng has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Their most recent role is as the Assistant Controller at Astera Labs, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Inseego Corp as the Director of SEC Reporting from September 2020 to January 2022. From May 2019 to September 2020, Frederick served as the Senior Manager of Revenue Recognition and SEC Reporting at SunPower Corporation. Before transitioning into industry roles, they worked at KPMG US for 10 years, starting as an Audit Staff from August 2007 to August 2009. Frederick then progressed to become an Audit Senior Associate from August 2009 to July 2012, an Audit Manager from July 2012 to October 2014, and ultimately a Senior Manager from October 2014 to May 2019.

Frederick Peng attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting.
