Tony DA SILVA has extensive experience in the field of information technology, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Since November 2011, Tony has served as the Responsable Pôles Services Online et Pharma-ML at CERP Rouen, overseeing the Pharma-ML application that handles over 3 billion euros in annual transactions. Previously, from 2006 to 2011, Tony held the position of Chef de projet informatique at Groupe Arcole, where responsibilities included technical oversight of the Pharma-ML application. Tony began involvement with CERP Rouen as a developer from 2003 to 2006, contributing to the implementation of the Pharma-ML protocol. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in computer science from ESIGELEC and a DUT in telecommunications and networks from IUT Rouen.
