Mika Tuoma is an accomplished technology and business leader, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Asteroid since October 2021, where a focus is placed on premium software consultancy and enhancing customer and employee experiences. Prior to Asteroid, Mika held the position of Business Development Director at Reaktor from January 2018 to October 2021, contributing to innovative digital transformation and brand experiences. As a Principal Consultant at SC5 from January 2012 to January 2018, Mika specialized in creating world-class digital services and architectures. Earlier roles included Lead Developer and Developer, with significant contributions to coding and team leadership in developing digital services. Mika began a career in technical support with Itella Information Oy from March 2005 to November 2011, gaining valuable experience in B2B and B2C transactions. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki and a Reserve Officer training in Communications from the Finnish Defence Forces.
