Constantin Solyar

Constantin Solyar is currently a Partner at Asters, where they focus on Tax, Private Clients, Corporate and M&A, and Business Law. They previously served as an Associate at Shevchenko Didkovskiy & Partners and held various roles at Asters, including Senior Associate and Partner. Constantin has extensive experience advising major international corporations and wealthy individuals on tax and regulatory matters, structuring M&A deals, and managing tax-related projects. They hold an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws with honors from the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine.
