Oles Kvyat

Oles Kvyat is currently a Counsel at Asters, specializing in corporate and M&A, as well as securities, commercial, contract, labor law, and foreign investment. Oles previously served as a Senior Associate at Asters from 2006 to 2014 and held legal advisory roles at Region-investment LLC and Luk-Avia Oil between 2003 and 2006. Oles began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Y.H.B. Consulting LLC in 2003 and briefly worked as Senior Legal Counsel at President Hotel Kyiv in 2006. Oles completed a degree in Law at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 1998 to 2004.
