Nearly 2.8 million Australians have asthma. Over 400 Australians die each year from asthma. Asthma Australia is the recognised national community voice of Australians with asthma, helping them breathe better.

We deliver evidence-based preventative health strategies to over 200,000 people every year and provide support, training and resources to the primary health care sector. Asthma Australia funds vital basic science and population health research contributing to national and international understandings of asthma and how best to manage the disease.
