Dr Singleton holds a PhD in Remote Aboriginal community development from Curtin University, along with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Aquatic Ecology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Aquatic Science.

Asthma WA is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing the burden of asthma in Western Australia. Asthma WA was founded in 1964 and for over 50 years has been the established leading community organisation in Western Australia that funds local research into asthma and provides education and support for all West Australian's affected by Asthma.
