ASTI CORPORATION is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of in-car electrical components, home electronics and communications devices. The Company operates in four business segments. The In-car Electrical Component segment manufactures and sells electronics control units, air condition control systems, in-car and marine wire harnesses, among others. The Home Electronic segment offers electronic control boards for washing machines, dish washers and drying tumblers. The Communications Device segment manufactures and sells electronic control boards for printers. The Others segment manufactures and sells factory automation (FA) equipment and controllers for industrial robots and others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had five subsidiaries.
