Carter Davidson

Carter Davidson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of sales and commercial leadership experience, currently serving as a Fractional Revenue Leader at Commonwealth Initiatives LLC since June 2015. Davidson partners with founders to implement sales transformation strategies aimed at revenue growth across various business stages. In addition to this role, Davidson holds positions as an Operating Partner at Argonautic Ventures, Advisor at Happy Cabbage Analytics and Astia, and Scale Expert at Scalewise. As a Co-Founder of SnootyGlutie and Switch, Davidson focuses on enhancing gluten-free food options and advancing the clean energy transition, respectively. Additional experience includes mentoring at Techstars, an Entrepreneur in Residence role at ZINC, and longstanding involvement with Pavilion. Davidson's academic credentials include a BA in Spanish and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA and MA in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of Denver.
