Lis Hubert is a seasoned professional in human-centered design and user experience, currently serving as a Founding Partner at CX by Design since January 2017, where expertise is leveraged to create people-centric products and services for diverse businesses. As a Co-Founder of Design Think Labs, Lis focuses on fostering human-centered connections between organizations and their customers. Additionally, Lis is an Adjunct Professor at Pace University's Seidenberg School, teaching graduate students about information architecture and user experience. With extensive experience as a Global Advisor for Astia and a founder of Hubert Experience Design, Lis has advised numerous women-led startups and managed a consultancy that serves clients from Fortune 200 companies to startups. Contributions to projects include roles as a podcast co-host for "Adrift on Purpose" and work as a User Experience Consultant for various notable organizations. Lis holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
