Tarun Kumar

Tarun Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in founding and guiding organizations across various sectors. As Co-Founder of AZIMVTH Ashram since July 2017, Tarun established a non-profit along the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar, India. Additionally, Tarun serves as an Advisor for Astia, contributing to funding proposal reviews and strategic business planning for a Silicon Valley startup. As a Selector for Katerva, Tarun plays a key role in the selection process and has previously served as an Interim Member of the Advisory Board for sustainability awards. Tarun founded the Inkjet and Hitech Innovation Institute and previously led Xyanni, a company aiding Western firms in expanding to India. Notably, Tarun started Xaar's operations in India as General Manager & Head - South Asia. Educational credentials include a Masters in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and participation in leadership programs as a Chevening Scholar and at the University of Oxford.
