Mike Riego

Mike Riego currently serves as KYC Team Lead at ABSI and Team Leader at Asticom Technology Inc, holding both positions since December 2019. Responsibilities include setting team goals and KPIs, monitoring performance, and overseeing daily operations. Mike also handles client queries, manages escalations, prepares business review presentations, and provides coaching and mentoring to team members. Additionally, Mike has experience as a Point of Contact, assisting agents and managing daily reporting duties. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership at Amazing Bible College, expected to be completed in January 2025.
