Astina Group is an Australian owned leading property group – active in property development, investment and building management. Established in humble beginnings 35 years ago we have grown and diversified into a market leader, rebranded in 2015 as Astina Group.
The success in both the commercial and residential property development stems from expertise of 3 generations of building experience. We have ridden the market waves of highs and lows which has given us the ability to analyze and act on opportunities in the market place as they present themselves.

What We Do:

While the history of Astina Group has delivered a various projects ranging from rural subdivision through to commercial factory complex’s, our main focus is on multi-story apartment developments. This focus allows our team to deliver large scale projects with maximum return for our investors while also showcasing our passion for luxury developments, reflecting our brand values.

Our services include taking projects from concept ideas, right through to turnkey occupancy. This includes the management of DA’s, CC’s and all construction related works
