The Finance Team at Astir, composed of the Group CFO, Group F&B Controller, General Cashier, Accountant, and Cashier, is responsible for managing the company's financial strategy and operations. They oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor cash flow, handle accounting and payroll functions, and assure compliance with financial regulations.
