Anna Augustine

Anna Augustine (O'Gorman) has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Anna started their career with Aston Carter in October 2018 as a Recruiter specializing in Accounting & Finance. In this role, they focused on staff augmentation, project, and permanent basis recruitment, providing staffing solutions to clients in the financial business cycle. Anna continued to excel in their work and was promoted to the position of Recruiting Practice Lead - Accounting & Finance in August 2020. In this role, Anna developed recruiting strategies, identified and recommended qualified candidates for client requirements, negotiated employment terms, and maintained industry contacts. Anna later became the Central Region Recruiting Practice Lead - Corporate & Operational Accounting in February 2022, responsible for building the Central Region's Accounting & Finance Fulfillment Center and leading a team of recruiters.
