Aston Chase was established in 1985 to provide specialist estate agency services for exclusive, high quality property located in Central and North West London. The business was built on a commitment to offering clients a tailored and exceptionally personal service that was thoroughly professional and highly dynamic.

Today, with a reputation for integrity and discretion, the original company principles remain intact. The founding Directors, Mark Pollack and Richard Bernstone are still actively involved with every aspect of the business and now work with a long-standing, mature team that’s thoughtful, pro-active and entrepreneurial.

Clients benefit from the enthusiasm and dedication the team brings to each instruction and a passion for personal attention that leads to productive working relationships.

For premium property sales, acquisitions, lettings and investment advice within the areas of Regent's Park, St. John's Wood, Little Venice, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill and Hampstead, only Aston Chase has the attitude, resource and ability to deliver the results expected by our clients.
