Alan Hoffman

Alan Hoffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, technology leadership, and product management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Aston and a Board Member at Jewish Free Loan Chicago, Hoffman has previously held key positions including CTO and Head of Product at Airspace Data, Chief of Staff at Oklo Inc, and Senior Technical Program Manager at PayPal. Notably, Hoffman facilitated the successful acquisition and integration of Cloudant into IBM's cloud organization as Senior Offering Manager for the IBM Watson Data Platform, and also co-founded Cloudant, driving significant growth and funding. Educationally, Hoffman holds a PhD in Particle Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics from the University of Chicago.
