Michael Marshall

Michael Marshall is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO of Aston since May 2022. As a Senior Partner and CFO at The Halifax Group since September 1999, Michael has played a pivotal role in managing a private equity LBO fund with approximately $1.5 billion under management, participating in its Investment and Management Committees. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included leading the Middle Market Advisory Services practice and achieving significant revenue growth. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at KPMG US. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
