Astor Professional Search is a premier Chicago-based legal recruiting firm with services extending nationwide. As a boutique recruiting firm comprised entirely of attorneys, Astor Professional Search focuses exclusively on quality instead of quantity, delivering personalized service and superior results to select candidates and clients.

In an industry overrun with database-driven, high-volume legal recruiting by impersonal “factories” and one-off, part-time solo recruiters with questionable market knowledge, Astor continues to thrive after nearly 20 years for one reason: Highly personalized attention yielding consistently successful results.

Astor’s thorough, systematic approach results in a much higher probability of matching the right candidates with the right opportunities in the right client environments. This comprehensive approach ensures consistency in attaining optimum results for our candidates and clients.
