At Astor Simovitch Law, we are dedicated to saving families when their loved ones are suffering from substance use, mental health disorders, or repeated failed attempts at recovery. Our mission is to bring order, hope, and direction to families in crisis by combining expert legal advocacy with compassionate clinical coordination.

With decades of combined legal experience and over a decade focused exclusively on addiction and mental health law, our firm understands the delicate intersection between the justice system and behavioral healthcare. We don’t just practice law — we guide families through some of the most complex and emotional challenges they will ever face.

Every family’s story is unique. That’s why we develop customized legal and clinical strategies that address the specific needs of both the individual in crisis and the family as a whole. Whether initiating a Marchman Act petition, establishing guardianship, or coordinating treatment placement, we ensure each step is handled with urgency, precision, and care. Our goal is not just to intervene, but to create a sustainable plan for long-term healing.

We believe that true recovery starts when families feel empowered and supported. Our attorneys and case managers work side by side with treatment providers, clinicians, and interventionists to build a plan that protects your loved one and restores stability to your family.

At Astor Simovitch Law, compassion drives our practice, and expertise defines our results. We know the courage it takes to ask for help — and we respond with the legal tools, clinical resources, and human understanding needed to create meaningful change.

If your loved one is suffering from addiction or mental illness, you don’t have to face it alone. We’re here to help your family navigate the legal process, secure appropriate treatment, and begin the journey toward recovery and peace.
