Mark Bentley is currently the Switch/Transport Manager at Astound Broadband, a position held since 1999. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Switch/Transport Supervisor at RCN from 2016 to 2019 and has also worked as a Central Office Switch Technician and Lead Switch/Transport Technician. Mark studied Graphic Design at Boston University from 1992 to 1994.
