Peter Jacoby

Peter Jacoby is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in internet and commercial architecture. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Astound Broadband since November 2021, Peter Jacoby is responsible for building the company's Internet backbone and systems, contributing to its reputation as an award-winning ISP. Prior to this role, Peter Jacoby held multiple positions at RCN from September 1999 to February 2024, including Senior Vice President, Vice President of Network Services, and Director of Internet Engineering, among others. Peter Jacoby began the professional career as a Network Engineer at Brainstorm Networks from December 1997 to July 1999. Peter Jacoby holds a BA in History from Amherst College and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
