William Atkinson

William Atkinson is a private investor and consults to VC firms and hedge funds on private investment considerations. He has more than 35 years of senior executive and Board-level experience in high growth companies.

William has extensive CEO and GM experience in both private and public companies, having managed organizations in the technology, financial, consumer and real estate sectors. As a turnaround CEO working with VC and hedge fund firms, William served as CEO of 10 companies, managing a wide range of business challenges. In addition, he has led the acquisition of six companies and positioned five companies for sale, including one public and four private companies.

William is the former CEO and General Manager of Wireless Products at Intel Corporation. Previously, he was the CEO of XLNT a gigabit ethernet company which was acquired by Intel.

William served proudly in the U.S. Navy as a Navigator.
