Abbi Sheldon is currently the Global Traceability Portfolio Director at AstraZeneca, where they manage a portfolio of projects to enhance traceability capabilities across the organization. With extensive experience leading complex IT, operations, HR, and finance projects, Abbi has a proven track record of delivering significant business benefits worldwide. Abbi began their career at AstraZeneca as a Modern Apprentice in Business Administration and has since advanced through various roles, including Project Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Deployment Lead. Abbi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from MMU and NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Customer Service and Business Administration from Total People.
