Adeline Schmidt

Adeline Schmidt has extensive experience in various roles primarily within the healthcare and financial sectors. Adeline began as an Assistente at Caixa Econômica Federal, focusing on account openings and sales of financial products from May 2002 to August 2005. Adeline then worked at Bradesco Saúde from November 2007 to January 2019, supervising public service and overseeing the approval of high-cost procedures. Following that, Adeline transitioned to AstraZeneca as a medical sales representative, generating prescriptive demand in cardiology and endocrinology from January 2019 to March 2025. Additionally, Adeline held a brief role as a Consultora técnica in oncology for Avon in 2007 and co-managed Mr. Mix Brasil from May 2015 to September 2018, where recruitment and team management were key responsibilities.
