Aditya Pote

Aditya Pote is a driven and technically proficient organic/medicinal chemist with over 10 years of experience in the field. They have held the position of Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca since 2022, focusing on Oncology Chemistry and the design and synthesis of antibody drug conjugates. Prior to this role, Aditya worked at AstraZeneca in Advanced Drug Delivery from 2020 to 2022, and served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University from 2018 to 2020. They completed their PhD in Organic Chemistry at the University of Connecticut in 2018, following a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry at Fergusson College. Aditya began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, also from Fergusson College.
