Adrian Smith

Adrian Smith is a Senior Director specializing in Global Strategy Enablement Programmes. They co-founded Trench Limited, disrupting the Cable Management Industry in the U.K. from 2001 to 2005, and later served as a Senior Lean Expert at Airbus, where they oversaw Lean implementation across several manufacturing plants. Adrian has held various leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Head of Supplier Development and Programme Director for Procurement Operating Model, driving transformational changes and enhancing operational efficiency. Adrian earned a Master's degree with distinction in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, completing their studies in 2010.
