Aleksandra Dudek

Aleksandra Dudek has significant experience in guest services and global learning coordination, beginning as a Guest Service Center Ambassador at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from February 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included problem-solving and ensuring guest comfort. In June 2019, Aleksandra transitioned to AstraZeneca as a Global Learning Services Coordinator, where duties encompassed managing key talent and learning programs, project management, and overseeing logistics for global training events until April 2025. Additional roles at AstraZeneca included Payroll Senior Specialist and People Services Team Lead, where Aleksandra successfully built and managed teams and executed large-scale global programs. Prior hospitality experience includes working as a Cashier, Hostess, and Waitress at Nando’s UK & IRE, as well as previous customer service roles. Aleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu and a Master's degree from Edinburgh Napier University.
