Alex Herbert graduated from the University of Manchester in 2019 with a BSc in International Management with American Business Studies. They completed two internships at GSK before joining AstraZeneca's Global Operations Graduate Programme, where they progressed through various roles, including External Operations Coordinator and Sustainability and Communications Specialist. Alex has a strong focus on sustainability and wellbeing, leading initiatives to improve mental health support in the workplace. They are currently responsible for implementing key improvements and achieving sustainability goals at AstraZeneca.
