Alvin Milner

Alvin Milner is currently the Statistical Science Director at AstraZeneca, having transitioned from their role as a Consultant Biostatistician. With extensive experience in biostatistics, they previously held positions as Senior Biostatistician at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, where they oversaw the development of clinical trial protocols and led a major international radiotherapy trial. Alvin began their career at Forest Research Scotland as a Senior Statistician, advising on experiment design and conducting statistical analyses. They earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and are currently pursuing additional degrees in Medical Statistics and Mathematics and Statistics at Newcastle University.
