Amy T.

Amy T. has a diverse background in strategic planning and operations, encompassing roles in both consulting and leadership within large organizations. Initial experience as an Assistant Leader with Girlguiding preceded work as a Strategy Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants. Amy contributed significantly to Crossrail Ltd as an Executive and Board Governance Manager and later served in multiple leadership positions at AstraZeneca, including Associate Director of Strategic Planning & Operations and Senior Director of Transformation, R&D. Notably, Amy founded and chaired the Network of Women UK at AstraZeneca, fostering personal development and mentorship for over 1000 members. Additional roles include Chair of the PTA at Perse Pelican School, management consultancy at EY, and active volunteer work during university studies. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
