Anders Eriksson

Anders Eriksson is currently the Director of Operation Technology and TPM at AstraZeneca and has been a Manager of Lean Management at DynaMate AB since 2017. With 21 years of experience in production and maintenance leadership roles, Anders has a strong background in driving change initiatives at Scania and DynaMate AB. They have led multiple Lean and TPM transformations across medium and large enterprises, including developing a global maintenance strategy for Scania and overseeing maintenance improvements at 52 hydropower facilities. Anders holds a degree from Chalmers University of Technology, where they focused on maintenance and economic improvement.
