Anh BOURCET

Anh Bourcet is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in Market Access, Policy, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics across the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics sectors. They are currently a Guest Lecturer and Course Co-Director at the National University of Singapore, where they created the first course on Market Access for MedTech. In their role as International Director of Government Affairs and Policy at AstraZeneca, they lead strategies to enhance patient access to care for rare diseases across multiple regions. With a track record of establishing partnerships and advocating for health innovations, Anh has spoken at major international conferences and published significant works on health technology assessment and policy. They also founded Health Access Solutions, focusing on health equity and value-based healthcare.
