Åsa Lothigius

Åsa Lothigius is a Regional Learning & Development Director at AstraZeneca, where they lead a team to implement learning strategies aligned with Global Operations. They have extensive expertise in HR, particularly in recruitment, learning & development, and stakeholder management, gained through various roles in multinational companies and academia. Åsa's previous positions include serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner in BioPharmaceuticals R&D at AstraZeneca and an Application Specialist at bioMérieux. They hold a PhD in Medical Microbiology from the University of Gothenburg and a MSc in Genetics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
