Ayla Ozer

Ayla Ozer, FCCA, is the Global Process Delivery Director-Tax at AstraZeneca, where they have been excelling since 2025. With a rich background in finance, Ayla has held various leadership positions, including GPO Director of Group Inventory Accounting at AstraZeneca and Financial Controller roles at LSG Sky Chefs GCC Ltd and Alpha LSG Ltd. Ayla is ACCA qualified and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at the University of Kent, building on their Bachelor's degree from Hult International Business School. They are known for their expertise in change management, financial reporting, and team leadership.
