Barbara Gianquitto

Barbara Gianquitto is a Programme Director at AstraZeneca, where they lead the Patient Safety Local Case Intake program, managing a 200-person global team across Mexico, India, Lisbon, and Japan. With over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, they have successfully driven complex transformations and strategic initiatives. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and is a certified Project Manager as well as a trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Coach. Additionally, they are an accomplished author, having published four poetry books and one children's book, and they mentor teen girls through the Girls Out Loud program.
