Beccie Martin

Beccie Martin is a Senior Scientist in Enzymology and Bioconjugation at AstraZeneca, where they have been enhancing their expertise in ADC conjugation since 2025. Previously, Beccie served as a Conjugation Scientist II at ADC Therapeutics, where they led cross-functional projects and developed innovative dual conjugation approaches. Beccie earned a PhD in Antibody Conjugation from the University of Bath and holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science and Technology from the University of Kent.
